Babus in Civil Secretariat ordered to keep 2 hours for public grievances everyday

According a GAD order today, All the administrative Secretaries in the Civil Secretariat have been asked to keep 2 hours i.e. 1 PM to 3 PM for Public grievances everyday and not keep any appointment during this period.
